My process follows the 5 stages of Design Thinking from empathy of the user, to testing early prototypes all while iterating on the problem statement at every stage.

Empathise
Understanding the problem space by talking to users, conducting desk research, understanding the market and questioning assumptions.
Define
Framing the right problem to solve. Turning findings from research into a clear "How Might We?" and Problem Statement

Ideate
Explore various approaches to address user need before committing to design. Sketching, Wireframing and User Flows help define the approach and identify possible problems early on.

Prototype
High Fidelity interactive prototypes built on explorations in Ideate stage, utilising established design systems for quick iterations and testing internall in Design crits to ensure following established design patterns

Test
Validating design choices with real user data through moderated and unmoderated testing capturing time on task, task completion and Heat Maps. Utilising Think Aloud protocol for moderated sessions
